Egg Hunt

April 23, 2009

So much fun!
That’s all I can say about my fantastic day at Evers Park in Templeton. It’s great to have a safe, fun, community sponsored event for the whole family. One of my unexpected joys has been to cover events for our local chamber. You couldn’t ask for better volunteers and staff. Here are a few pics from the recent Egg hunt.

Monsters in Templeton!

April 19, 2009

I just happened upon the Templeton leg of the Central Coast Monster Skate Series. These talented “kids” (some are “older”) can catch some serious air and/while pulling off some great tricks. It was perfect weather for the event. The next day we got 100 degree heat! I’m glad for them and ME, we were spared from that!
Have a look at these talented skater’s and be sure to support local talent wherever you find them.

Judy & Kris

April 12, 2009

Sometimes you meet folks who are just simply in love. Watching Judy watching Kris is a testiment to the idea of a “good fit” She is soooo comfy with him.
They met at Cal Poly. Something about wine tasting tours … After all, there is so much more to life than studying books & taking tests. Well, if your not convinced that love is all that matters just look at these two!

Venues

April 11, 2009

When couples come to Central California to get wed, they typically choose one of two places for their engagement session. The beach or a winery. Now we get to go all over but generally these are two of the favorites. Even if I’ve shot it before, I always check out any location for a potential shoot and when both the Meridian and EOS wineries were suggested well …. it was time for a field trip. I found both locations awesome. Meridian has some outstanding gardens and rolling vineyards on both sides of the tasting room. EOS has a wide open lawn and steller views of the surrounding hills, a killer fountain and self guided tour of their facilities.
I’m in the process of upgrading my flash web site and adding a menu option for favorite venues. So until it’s done (don’t hold your breath), look over some samples of these two great locales.
